The patient was imaged and treated status post trauma at an emergency room facility. All exams were read as normal and the patient was released. The patient subsequently sought out a local chiropractor for pain relief. The attending was unable to obtain the original ER images. Additional images were taken and sent for formal radiological interpretation.
