A 65-year-old male reports continued neck pain and stiffness two weeks after MVA. The patient was imaged and treated status post trauma at an emergency room facility. All exams were read as normal and the patient was released. The patient subsequently sought out a local chiropractor for pain relief. The attending was unable to obtain the original ER images.
